De Baca Family Practice Clinic (DBFPC) has an immediate opening (32 hours per week) for a Coordinator at our School Based Health Clinic (SBHC). The successful candidate should have strong computer skills, be a people oriented team player, organized, detail oriented, able to multi task and have the highest regard for confidentiality.
The SBHC Coordinator is primarily responsible for scheduling student appointments for medical, behavioral health, and dental providers; organizing and maintaining record keeping data collection systems, including patient registration and parental consent forms; identifying and updating insurance coverage status and demographic information at each patient visit; and coordination of the School Health Advisory Council.
